Title: the chase

Log line – A girl finds out a secret and chases a girl who was involved so she could finish the end of everything 

Other successful TV dramas are similar to yours:

 Narrative – what is the main story line in your TV drama: A girl tries to end the world by getting more information out of others to put the bits together and make a scene 

 Genre – how will your TV drama fit the fantasy genre? It is full of power 

 Narrative disruption – what will happen in your scene to develop the narrative? What will the audience learn about the characters or story? There will be a girl who spots another girl who could be involved to fit in the missing message

Information about the two locations/settings that you are using and why you have chosen them: A alley way as it will be good tension for people to watch and it will lead out to a field with will eventually stop and will become the talking scene 

 Information about the main character e.g character type (hero/heroine) their desires, the conflicts they encounter etc.: The main character will be the girl called Lilly that needs to find the last message to finishing everything 

 Costume/props that you require for filming: The girl lily will wear mysterious clothes

How you are aiming your product at the specified family target audience: The girls in the videos will be in high school and I will be appropriate for kids to watch 

Clip 1

Narrative and genre: The story is that a girl is getting chased 

Technical codes: it will begin will a girl waking and getting followed by another girl called lily and then the first girl realises she is being followed and then the chase scene will then begin where the camera shots will change 



Clip 2

Narrative and genre: for the second scene there will be lots of different clips of them running and then it will come to an end when Lilly catches the girl and they talk and she gets the last message she needs out of this girl

Technical codes: The editing will have music to cause tension so that for the people watching it will be more believable.There will be lots of different clips that I will join up such as over the shoulder shots

The last clip will end with a conversation and the other girl will find out why lily was chasing her and lily will steal the girls power. There will be nothing sch could do about it.There will be music and it will fade away to the end and i will also have the clip fade away at the end so everyone knows its has came to an end.

  1)  The 'His Dark Materials' trailer meets the conventions of a TV drama series through the use of dramatic narrative, or narrative arc, which is when a specific story or plot line goes across the entire series. It also consists of an ensemble cast, meaning a range of different characters each with their own unique story lines or backstories. There are a variety of technical codes displayed throughout the trailer, including realistic lighting, different settings, point of view shots, dialogue voice overs, enigma and action codes throughout.   1) Write a summary of the notes from our in-class analysis of the episode. You can use your own notes from the screening in class or  this Google document of class notes  (you'll need your GHS Google login).  Camerawork and sound: Music - theme tune to Doctor Who. Very science-fiction - sets genre from beginning. graphics on screen: title of show and episode.
